Role Overview

We're seeking an Automotive Engineer with hands-on experience in the design, development, and testing of ATVs or off-road vehicles. Beyond engineering expertise, this role is about educating and inspiring customers—helping them understand the features, performance, and safety of our machines, while building trust and credibility in our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support development, testing, and improvement of our ATV lineup.
  • Translate complex engineering into easy-to-understand benefits for customers.
  • Act as a technical educator during product launches, demos, events, and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing & sales teams to create trust-building content (videos, training sessions, workshops).
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety, durability, and performance standards for Indian terrains.
  • Provide feedback loops between customer insights and product development.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-5 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably in off-road vehicles, ATVs, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of suspension, drivetrain, chassis, and off-road performance systems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills—able to explain technical details in a simple, engaging way.
  • Passion for off-roading, motorsports, or adventure vehicles (we want someone who lives the lifestyle).
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with customers through both technical expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical/Automotive or related field).
