Job Title: Automotive Test LeadLocation: Bengaluru, India Experience:10+ Years Industry:** Automotive / Embedded SystemsWe are seeking an experienced **Automotive Test Lead** to drive validation and verification activities across automotive software and electronic systems. You will be responsible for test planning, test strategy, execution oversight, defect analysis, and coordination with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery in compliance with automotive standards.* Lead end-to-end automotive system and software testing activities * Define test strategy, test plans, test design, and test coverage * Develop and review test cases, test scripts, and test frameworks * Manage and prioritize test execution, reporting, and defect tracking * Ensure test delivery quality across HIL, SIL, MIL, and vehicle-level testing * Coordinate test activities between internal teams, OEMs, and suppliers * Conduct root cause analysis and support issue resolution with development teams * Ensure compliance with **AUTOSAR**, **ISO 26262**, **ASPICE**, and quality processes * Mentor junior testers and drive continuous process improvement * Create detailed reports, dashboard metrics, KPIs, and risk assessmentsMust-Have Skills * 6+ years in automotive testing / embedded testing * Strong knowledge in **ECU validation**, CAN/Ethernet-based communication, diagnostics (**UDS**, **DoIP**) * Hands-on experience with HIL test systems (dSPACE / Vector VT / NI) * Knowledge of test automation tools & scripting (**CAPL**, **Python**, CANoe/CANalyzer) * Good understanding of **ADAS**, **Powertrain**, **Body ECU**, or Infotainment systems * Solid understanding of automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR) * Experience with requirements & defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, DOORS, Polarion)Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics**, or related field
