The company is currently involved in building townships, affordable housing projects, luxury skyscrapers, offices, and business centers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), with ongoing projects in Lower Parel, Byculla, Mulund, Bhandup, Dombivli, and Panvel.

Role Description


• Managing and Negotiating contracts, reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with regulations etc.


• Enquiry floating to vendors through email/ call and meeting


• Attending site, Contractors, Billing & Planning query


• To check quality and man power of the vender by site visit and client feed back.


• Weekly target VS Achieve PPC report preparing


• Checking of approved indents from ERP and printing all the approved service indents with attachments

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

* Experience in the real estate industry

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
