The Role

You'll build the actual product—not the microservice for the feature flag for the beta toggle.

Real product. Real users. Real feedback loops.

You'll:

  • Own features end-to-end:
    + Python (FastAPI)
  • Build dashboards, editors, creative engines, and fast UIs
  • Make the backend sweat and the frontend shine
  • Work directly with founders (they code too, no "vision decks")
  • Fix what's broken, refactor what's ugly, and shi before it's overthought


You Might Be the One If...

  • You've got
    2–4 years
    of full stack experience and a habit of rewriting code tha annoys you
  • Fluent in
    Python
    , decent in sarcasm, dangerous in
    + Tailwind
  • You prefer command+K to meetings
  • You've rage-quit slow CI/CD and fixed it yourself
  • You obsess over UX like a designer and backend like an infra nerd
  • You don't need a spec doc to know what "good" looks like
  • You've built side projects that solve your own problems (or memes?)


Bonus XP If You've:

  • Integrated LLMs, vector DBs, or built GenAI tools
  • Tweaked frontend micro-interactions just because
  • Used Supabase, Pinecone, OpenAI, or Vercel and
    liked it
  • Used AI to write better PRs (or roast someone else's)
