What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered chat pipelines for astrological insights (multi-turn conversations, context memory, personalization).
• Build and optimize LLM orchestration layers (prompting, routing, fallback across models like OpenAI, Claude, Qwen, LLaMA).
• Implement vector search (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS) for context retrieval from classical astrological texts and user history.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for chat responses (relevance, cultural tone, mysticism, hallucination control).
• Optimize for scalability, latency, and cost in a production chat system (prompt caching, batching, precomputation).
• Design & build ML pipelines for astrology personalization, including:
• Kundli classification, user segmentation, and personality inference.
• Content generation, ranking, and transformation using LLMs.
• Develop & fine-tune models for Hindi and multilingual NLU/NLG using LLMs and transformers.
• Work with structured astrological data (e.g., Panchang, planetary transits) and unstructured content (texts, messages).
• Collaborate with product and astrology domain experts to build recommendation engines for daily insights, muhurats, and horoscopes.
• Implement and optimize pipelines using tools like LangChain, RAG, vector stores (FAISS/Chroma), and translation APIs (IndicTrans2, NLLB).
• Experiment and deploy open-source LLMs (e.g., Qwen, Mixtral, LLaMA) in low-latency, scalable settings.
• Evaluate and fine tune closed source LLMs like Grok, OpenAI etc

You Should Have

• 3–5 years of experience as an ML Engineer / Applied Scientist / NLP Engineer.
• Strong in Python, ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, Translation via NLLB/IndicTrans etc).
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, fine-tuning.
• Exposure to Hindi/NLP challenges – tokenization, translation, emotion classification.
• Hands-on with workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, or Celery), Docker.
• Understanding of MLOps – model versioning, evaluation, deployment (SageMaker, Triton, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, LLaMA/Qwen, Claude, etc.).
• Experience building conversational AI or chatbot systems (context memory, dialog management).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant, FAISS, Pinecone).
• Strong understanding of system design, caching, and scalability in cloud infra (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with modern data stack – Postgres, Redis, S3, Kafka (or alternatives).

Bonus Points

• Background in Indian astrology or spiritual tech.
• Built or deployed multilingual chatbots, recommendation systems, or personal assistants.
• Contributions to open-source NLP/LLM tooling.
• Experience with RLHF, LoRA, PEFT, or prompt-tuning techniques.
