Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Marketing Manager
who will be responsible for driving
both online & offline marketing strategies
to enhance Youthville's brand presence, generate leads, and ensure higher occupancy levels. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with expertise in brand management, digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital + offline).
  • Define brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
  • Oversee content creation for social media, website, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Drive engagement and lead generation through influencer tie-ups & student ambassador programs.
  • Analyze digital campaigns using analytics tools and optimize ROI.

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Build strong relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and student communities.
  • Plan & execute offline promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and brand activations.
  • Organize events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
  • Manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, and local marketing partners.

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Work closely with the sales team to design campaigns for lead generation & conversion.
  • Track marketing KPIs linked with occupancy and business targets.

Team & Budget Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of executives & interns.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing with
    7–10 years of experience
    in marketing (preferably in real estate, hospitality, education, or student housing).
  • Strong exposure to both
    digital & offline marketing campaigns
    .
  • Proven track record in brand building, lead generation, and event management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools, Analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a result-oriented mindset.
