Job Description:In the role of Data Engineer you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and DesignYou will play an important role in creating the high level design artifactsYou will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warrantyYou will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is respected and valuedPrimary Skills Pyspark Spark and proficient in SQLSecondary Skills Scala and PythonExperience 3 YrsKey Responsibilities:Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institutionWill also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 5 years of experience in Pyspark Spark with Hadoop distributed frameworks while handling large amount of big data using Spark and Hadoop Ecosystems in Data Pipeline creation deployment Maintenance and debuggingExperience in scheduling and monitoring Jobs and creating tools for automationAt least 4 years of experience with Scala and Python requiredProficient knowledge of SQL with any RDBMSStrong communication skills verbal and written with ability to communicate across teams internal and external at all levelsAbility to work within deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute on tasksPreferred QualificationsAt least 1 years of AWS development experience is preferredExperience in Drive automationsDevOps Knowledge is an added advantageTechnical Requirements:Primary skills Bigdata Pyspark Bigdata Python Bigdata Spark Technology Functional Programming ScalaAdditional Responsibilities:Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining analyzing and structuring relevant dataAwareness of latest technologies and trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateAbility to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsOne or two industry domain knowledgePreferred Skills:Bigdata->Pyspark,Bigdata->Python,Bigdata->Spark,Technology->Functional Programming->Scala
