• Test dirty jars upon arrival from the field with supervision or after competence training.
• Drain jars, disassemble and tag parts with supervision or after competence training.
• Assemble Jars with supervision.
• Recognize faulty parts, and troubleshoot potential tool problems with supervision.
• Steam clean and wire brush all parts.
• Set torque springs with supervision.
• Fill tools with oil and pressure test with supervision.
• Test assembled jars with supervision.
• Paint and put jars in stock.
• Operate overhead crane after third party competence training.
• Maintain constant alertness for flaws in the parts and report problems to Shop Foreman or Jar Service Manager.
• Replace hand tools to their proper locations.
