Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive(Telecaller), based on-site in Palam Extension, Dwarka. The compensation is fixed salary + commission based.

Responsibilities
:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients
  • Pitching company products and services
  • Generating leads
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and support.
  • Convert leads into sales to achieve targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Strong spoken English and Hindi skills.
  • Telesales calling experience mandatory.
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales techniques preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • 12th pass is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
