As a Software Tester with four years of genuine experience, your role in the software development process is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly software products. You will actively involved in every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis to final deployment, ensuring that the developed application meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

Your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on business and technical specifications. You perform different types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Using tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, and TestNG, you will automate and manage test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. You also conduct manual testing for exploratory and usability checks, ensuring a smooth end-user experience.

collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify defects early and ensure timely resolution. By participating in daily scrum meetings and sprint reviews, you contribute valuable feedback that helps improve product quality and development processes. You maintain detailed documentation of test results, defect reports, and performance metrics, which serve as a reference for future testing cycles and audits.

Additionally, You focus on continuous improvement by identifying areas where automation can save time and reduce manual effort. you also ensure that testing environments are properly configured and that test data is managed securely.

Overall, your role as a Software Tester is to act as a quality guardian—detecting issues before users do, enhancing the reliability of the product, and supporting the development team in delivering robust and efficient software solutions that align with customer expectations and organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
