Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
- Expand dealer/distributor network and onboard new industrial customers.
- Develop business in key electrode categories (MS 6013, MS 7018, MIG, SS, Hardfacing electrodes)
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with dealers and end-users.
- Conduct product demos, trials, and provide application support.
- Resolve customer complaints with support from technical and quality teams.
Technical Support & Training
- Advise customers on electrode selection, storage, and usage.
- Conduct training sessions for welders, dealers, and distributors.
- Provide solutions for welding challenges in industrial applications.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and new launches.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Identify new growth opportunities in fabrication and heavy industries.
Marketing & Promotion
- Support product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions, and welding seminars.
- Promote Rathi Welding brand through effective communication & technical support.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within territory.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and technically sound.
