Shubhanga Publications is a growing educational publisher focused on curriculum, teacher resources, and digital learning. We're looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and support our remote & on-site teams.

What you'll do (Responsibilities)

  • Maintain desktops, laptops, printers and shared office hardware; image/setup devices for new hires.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and email (Azure AD/Google Workspace or similar).
  • Install, update and patch OS/software; maintain endpoint security (AV, disk encryption).
  • Manage backups and basic disaster recovery procedures; monitor backup health.
  • Maintain and document IT inventory, asset lifecycle and software licenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and support contracts.
  • Assist with small IT projects: Migrations, software rollouts and integrations.
  • Train employees on IT policies, security best practices and tools.

Must-have (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years in an IT support/administrator role.
  • Comfortable with Windows and macOS clients, Office 365 / Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management, user account administration and basic scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; customer-service focused.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MDM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, or Linux basics.
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN).
  • ITIL/basic process experience.
