to deliver personalized, holistic, and sustainable health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement and promote clinical offerings, wellness programs, and therapeutic protocols.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to design campaigns for OPD camps, health awareness initiatives, and product launches.
- Manage offline marketing activities such as clinic promotions, CMEs, health talks, community health camps, and GP engagement.
- Support the digital marketing team in executing cross-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to create impactful brochures, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Track and report marketing performance, including ROI, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics, and referring practitioners to strengthen referral networks.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and patient behavior.
- Execute field activities such as kiosk setups, branding, community outreach, and patient follow-ups when required.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good understanding of healthcare marketing, patient psychology, and wellness branding.
- Hands-on experience in field marketing with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement feedback.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
/Master's degree will be additional benefit - 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or the wellness industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in healthcare marketing are welcome to apply.
