Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets for mechanical seals, sealing solutions, and engineering products.
  • * Provide technical sales engineering support to customers, including product demonstrations, application assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • * Manage customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up calls, and proactive issue resolution.
  • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop marketing materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 0-3 years of experience in technical sales engineering or a related field.
  • * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
  • * Strong understanding of mechanical seals, sealing solutions, and engineering products market trends.
