About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeler and ArchViz Artist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, architectural visualizations, and realistic renders for real estate, industrial, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models from CAD drawings, PDFs, references, and moodboards.

Develop photo-realistic exterior, interior, and aerial renders.

Model architectural elements, landscaping, amenities, vehicles, and surroundings accurately.

Work closely with the creative and project management teams to maintain project timelines.

Ensure all 3D assets are optimized for rendering efficiency without compromising quality.

Collaborate with teams to enhance overall output.

Adapt models for both still renders and walkthrough animations.

Manage textures, UV mapping, materials, and environment setups professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Unreal Engine (or equivalent software).

Good understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows.

Familiarity with D5 Render, Lumion, or Unreal Engine (preferred but not mandatory).

Knowledge of creating environments based on Google Earth imagery (preferred).

Ability to work from architectural plans, floorplans, elevations, and basic sketches.

Eye for realism, detailing, and aesthetics.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop or post-processing tools is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Prior experience working on commercial projects like industrial parks, logistics parks, real estate developments.

Knowledge of creating models optimized for VR walkthroughs is a plus.
