Job Description: Outbound - Customer Acquisition via App Installation

It is a dynamic e-commerce platform dedicated to providing seamless shopping experiences through our innovative mobile app. We offer a wide range of products with user-friendly features, and we're expanding our customer base by offering free app installations and complimentary first orders to new users.

As an Outbound Sales Representative focused on customer acquisition, you will play a key role in our outbound process by proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. Your primary goal is to guide prospects through installing our free mobile app and encouraging them to place their first order at no cost. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly to convert leads into active app users and loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted leads from provided databases, identifying potential customers interested in our app-based services.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of our free mobile app, including easy navigation, exclusive deals, and seamless ordering.
  • Guide customers step-by-step through the app installation process on iOS or Android devices, troubleshooting any basic issues.
  • Promote the free first-order incentive to encourage immediate engagement and conversion.
  • Collect and verify customer information to create new accounts within our system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for app installations, first-order placements, and customer sign-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM software.
  • Follow up with leads who show interest but haven't completed installation or ordering.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach scripts and strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a friendly, persuasive tone.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and basic tech troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
  • Comfortable with remote work setups, including reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
