**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Outbound & Follow-Up Calls**:

- Call leads who registered for MPSC/UPSC webinars: confirm attendance, remind about upcoming session dates/times, resend join-links.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-webinar to gather feedback, answer questions, and encourage signing up for future sessions
- **Appointment & Attendance Scheduling**:

- Schedule and confirm webinar time slots based on registrants' availability.
- **Lead Nurturing & Conversion**:

- Encourage under-engaged leads to re-register for upcoming sessions.
- **CRM & Data Management**:

- Maintain and update group statuses: “Confirmed,” “Attended,” “No-show,” “Interested,” “Not interested,” etc.
- **Call Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate daily/weekly reports: number of calls made, attendance rates, feedback summaries, and conversion statuses.
- Highlight common objections, reasons for drop-outs, and improvement suggestions to HR and marketing teams.
- **Script Customization & Knowledge Sharing**:

- Share insights and best practices with other telecallers during team huddles/trainings.
- **Adherence to Policies & Quality Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and CRM
- Maintain courteous, professional tone—adaptable to queries about MPSC/UPSC

Skills & Qualifications
- Ideally 6 months+ experience in telecalling or lead follow-up, especially in education or webinars.
- Well versed in MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Comfortable handling objections, adapting scripts, working under call/attendance targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
