We're looking for a true-blue Mumbaikar who eats, sleeps, and breathes this city. From Irani cafés in Charni Road to hidden gems in Versova, from Santacruz lanes to the chaos of Lower Parel — you know it all, and you can turn it into engaging digital stories.

If you can create scroll-stopping Reels, design catchy posts, write witty captions, and build an Insta page from scratch to strategy — we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation: Ideate, shoot, and edit photos & videos around Mumbai's culture, lifestyle, food, history, and everyday vibes.
  • Social Media Strategy: Plan content calendars, trendspotting, hashtags, and growth hacks tailored for Instagram.
  • Graphic Design: Create carousels, posts, and stories (basic skills).
  • Video Editing: Edit Reels, short-form videos, and clips (CapCut, VN, etc.).
  • Community Building: Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and grow page engagement organically.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that bring out the essence of Mumbai — from street food to heritage, nightlife to people.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who knows Mumbai inside-out — its streets, subcultures, food spots, festivals, and quirks.
  • Experience in running/growing an Instagram page (personal, professional, or freelance projects count).
  • Strong visual sense + ability to shoot on a smartphone or camera.
  • Basic skills in graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut/Final Cut/VN/Premiere).
  • Creative, witty, and trend-savvy — you know what makes content go viral.
  • Good at research and finding hyperlocal stories.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and deliver consistently.
