B. Job Objective

Job Purpose

Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive the annual business planning cycle, build robust financial and operational models, and support strategic initiatives.

C. Primary Responsibilities

Annual Business Plan (ABP)

  • Facilitate data gathering from Sales, Operations, SCM, Finance and HR.

  • Build bottom‑up financial models (P&L, cash flow, capex) and synthesize into consolidated ABP.

  • Run "what‑if" scenario analyses to stress‑test assumptions

Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly dashboards tracking revenue, margin, capacity utilization, working capital, etc.

  • Highlight variances to plan and coordinate rootcause analyses with stakeholders.

  • Drive monthly Business Review meetings—prepare slides, log action items, follow up on deliverables.

Strategic Projects Support

  • Own workstreams within larger strategic programs (e.g., 5 GW→8 GW capacity ramp, new market entry prep).

  • Track timelines, budgets and issue‑logs; escalate risks to Program Lead.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Research end‑market demand trends, competitor capacity expansions, evolving trade policies (e.g., AD/CVD developments).

  • Provide concise insights and recommendations to Strategy leadership.
