About the Role

We are hiring Senior QA Testers (Manual) to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team in Noida and Gurugram. This is a fully onsite role (5 days a week). Ideal candidates will have a strong background in manual testing, API testing, and SQL, with added exposure to the insurance domain being a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manual & API Testing

Perform thorough manual testing across multiple related products ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.

Conduct detailed API testing using tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.

Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases.

Database Validation

Write and run complex SQL queries for data validation and integrity checks.

Troubleshoot and analyze data-related issues effectively.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand and refine product requirements.

Track and report defects using bug tracking tools.

Clearly communicate test progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Process Improvement

Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and tools.

Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior QA members.

Stay updated with latest testing methodologies and tools.

Domain Expertise

Prior experience or understanding of the insurance domain is highly preferred.

Ability to align test coverage with business scenarios and end-user expectations.

Bonus: Automation Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

Experience in automating functional and API tests.

Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

4.5 to 8 years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on API and SQL.

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
