MOC Cancer Care Foundation, driven by a compassionate mission, extends vital support to individuals silently battling cancer while facing financial challenges. Founded in September 2019, the Foundation is an initiative of Cellcure Cancer Centre Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of

M | O | C Cancer Care and Research center. Guided by a team of accomplished medical oncologists as trustees, the Foundation is built on a strong commitment to serve humanity transcending all barriers of caste, creed, and community.

Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the Foundations overall strategic, operational, and compliance functions. This role involves shaping the long-term vision of the Foundation, ensuring high-quality programs, and achieving financial sustainability through partnerships and fundraising. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with empathy, strategic insight, and strong execution capabilities passionate about extending cancer care and support to economically disadvantaged individuals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement 1, 3, and 5-year strategic plans for the Foundation.
• Establish a strong monitoring and evaluation system for all initiatives.
• Create scalable, replicable models for sustainable impact.

2. Fundraising & Donor Relations

• Drive fundraising and resource mobilization through corporates, CSR partners, and individual donors.
• Oversee the complete donor lifecycle outreach, engagement, reporting, and compliance.
• Strengthen partnerships to achieve annual fundraising targets (815 crores).

3. Program Development & Execution

• Enhance existing programs such as diagnostic medical camps, rural outreach, and subsidized treatment.
• Design and implement new programs in collaboration with the Board and parent company.
• Ensure SOPs, quality checks, and measurable impact for all programs.

4. Human Resources & Volunteer Management

• Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies in sync with the parent company.
• Oversee the volunteer program — recruitment, training, and motivation to uphold the Foundation's ethos.

5. Communication & Brand Management

• Lead internal and external communication strategies, including social media, PR, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure consistent and transparent communication across all channels.

6. Governance, Legal & Financial Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Charity Commissioner, legal, and tax regulations.
• Maintain transparent reporting systems and financial accountability.
• Regularly update and report to the Board of Trustees and Managing Trustee.

Success Indicators

• Build a high-functioning, sustainable cancer care foundation supporting thousands of patients annually.
• Achieve fundraising and program delivery goals aligned with the Foundation's mission.
• Strengthen donor trust, stakeholder collaboration, and brand credibility.
• Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in management, social sector, or healthcare).
• Minimum 15 years of work experience, with senior leadership exposure in NGOs, CSR, or healthcare.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, networking, and people management skills.
• Visionary mindset with empathy, flexibility, and a deep commitment to social good.

Working Conditions

• Full-time role, based at Andheri, Mumbai.
• Flexible work schedule to meet organizational demands, program timelines, and Board commitments.
• May require occasional travel, weekend, or extended-hour engagements.
