We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The role involves managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, bank reconciliation, general ledger).
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Oversee audits and coordinate with auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial forecasting.
  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) as an Accounts Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
