Job Location - GOARole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Faculty (Rooms Division) at IIHM GOA. The role involves day-to-day task related to teach front office management within the rooms division of the hospitality industry.
As a Room Division Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching students about the management and operations of hotel rooms, including front desk, reservations. The role is full-time and located on-site in Hyderabad.
You will collaborate with other faculty members to develop and deliver a dynamic and engaging curriculum that prepares students for successful careers in the hospitality industry. QualificationsProficiency in hospitality management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in front office operations
Degree in hospitality management with minimum 5 years industry experience in Hotel IndustryKnowledge of hotel management software such as Opera, Super HeroesKnowledge of Latest trends and Technology used in Front office operations.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and student success
Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive course materials that meet the needs of diverse learners
