  • resentation of design onto schematic and 2D layout drawings;

  • se of Bentley Microstation and AECOsim to model in 3D MEP services including but not limited to Cable Management Systems, Pipework, Ductwork etc. in 3D, including generating 2D sections from 3D models for incorporation into drawings;

  • nderstanding of BIM and working within a Common Data Environment, preferably Bentley projectwise;

  • upervise and verify the work performed by the designers/ modeller to meet the requirements of the project.

  • nterpretation of client specification requirements written in English in the development of designs;

  • peration of Microsoft Office package, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • uide Assistant Enginners/ Engineers in day to day work for the development of electrical designs.

  • achelor�s/Master�s degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • xperience of 8-11 years� of working with Electrical design.

  • ualifications meeting the requirements for Chartership with a Engineering Institution.

  • ualifications in the requirements of BS7671, BS5266 etc. (e.g. City & Guilds Requirements for Electrical Installations

  • xtensive experience of working within a rail station environment and good working knowledge of Network Rail, TfL & LUL standards.

  • xperience of contributing to the electrical design on multidisciplinary projects and knowledge of rail design assurance processes.

  • ood knowledge and understanding of the requirements necessary to develop and progress projects through the early stages of the lifecycle - LUL, GRIP and RIBA.

  • ompetent in the production or modification of CAD drawings using an industry standard CAD system.
