We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Audit Manager to lead complex audit engagements and oversee the audit team. This role involves strategic planning, risk assessment, compliance evaluations, and offering insights to improve financial and operational performance. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization's internal controls are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements (operational, financial, compliance, IT, ROC,etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a risk-based internal audit plan in coordination with senior management.
  • Assess the adequacy of internal controls and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit staffs; ensure audit quality and adherence to professional standards.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure audit efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Track and follow up on management's implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and audit best practices.
  • Participate in or lead special projects, investigations, or due diligence reviews as needed.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • CA, or other relevant certification required.
  • 8+ years of progressive audit experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
