We are Hiring for Senior Engineer Electrical Maintenance for our Reputed Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Chennai which is a Tier 1 supplier for TATA Motors and Mahindra OEM. 3 to 6 Years Chennai ( 2 Year Contract and After 2 Years it will be made Permanent )
Roles and Responsibility. C License Must
- Monitoring and Controlling the Maintenance activities like Preventive, Break down, Corrective and Conditioning based maintenance for TRANSFORMER, DG`s, MOTOR, UPS, BATTERY CHARGER, APFC (LT & HT), Electrical Panels.
- PLC, HMI Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens, Omron, Delta)
- Knowledge on troubleshooting on Electrical Circuits and VFD Panels
- Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan.
- Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities
- Monitor and control Power consumption
- Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake measure to
- reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control.
- To Prepare and Maintain ISO Audit Documents.
- Ensuring smooth Operation and maintenance of Cooling tower, Compressor, EOT cranes, Pumps, Boiler.
