Sheopal's is seeking a highly skilled
Campaign Manager
with a strong background in paid media and Google Ads tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning and executing paid campaigns across social media platforms and search engines. In addition to PPC expertise, we value experience in developing brand awareness, crafting compelling copy, and enhancing online reputation. Experience in the
Ayurvedic, health, wellness, or similar industries
would be a
plus
, as it will allow you to better understand our products and market positioning, and help craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage multiple paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, making strategic adjustments to strategies and budgets based on performance.
  • Allocate and manage daily campaign spend efficiently within set budgets.
  • Run A/B testing for creative and scaling of ad spend.
  • Identify and resolve underperforming campaign areas through creative adjustments.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Take full ownership of campaign goals, KPIs, and lead generation targets.
  • Use various tools and platforms to monitor and report on campaign success, adjusting tactics to maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in paid media, PPC, and campaign management.
  • Strong experience in executing campaigns across Search, Social, Mobile, and Publisher channels.
  • Proficiency in keyword research and bid management.
  • Excellent ability to write compelling and clear ad copy for search and display ads.
  • Proven experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bonus:
    Experience in the
    Ayurvedic, health, wellness, or similar industries
    is a plus.
