Job Description

We are looking for skilled Furnace Operators to work in a production facility operating high-temperature furnaces. The role requires individuals with hands-on experience in furnace operations, safety awareness, and the ability to follow thermal processing schedules with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor furnace equipment as per standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure proper start-up, shut-down, and cycle completion for each batch.
  • Maintain logs of temperature, cycle time, and operating conditions.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary PPE during operation.
  • Report any deviations or issues to the maintenance or quality team.
