DSV Air & Sea har en ledig stilling som In-plant hos en av våre kunder i Kongsberg.

Dine hovedoppgaver vil blant annet være å:

  • drive kontinuerlig forbedring av samarbeidet mellom kunden og DSV, med fokus på kvalitet, effektivitet og kundetilfredshet.
  • fungere som et sentralt bindeledd mellom kunden og DSV, og sikre god kommunikasjon og koordinering.
  • sikre tilstedeværelse hos kunden gjennom regelmessig oppfølging og dialog, og være en synlig og tilgjengelig kontaktperson.
  • bidra aktivt i kundedrevne prosjekter hvor DSVs kompetanse og tjenester er etterspurt, og sikre leveranser i henhold til forventninger.
  • identifisere og håndtere operasjonelle friksjoner, både i samarbeidet mellom kunden og DSV, og internt i DSV, for å sikre smidige prosesser og god flyt.
  • lede og følge opp større transportprosjekter som krever tett koordinering, strukturert prosjektledelse og høy grad av kundetilpasning

Vi ønsker deg som har:

  • erfaring fra transport og logistikk.
  • erfaring fra prosjektarbeid.
  • erfaring fra forsvarslogistikk.
  • svært gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
  • evne til å motivere og inspirere kollegaer, samt håndtere komplekse problemstillinger og høyt arbeidspress.
  • tillitsskapende og relasjonsorientert profil.
  • en kvalitetsbevisst holdning og med høy faglig integritet.

Ansettelsen forutsetter godkjent bakgrunnssjekk fra Luftfartstilsynet og du må kunne sikkerhetsklareres.

Arbeidssted er Kongsberg og stillingen krever at du innehar førerkort klasse B.

Ansettelsen forutsetter norsk statsborgerskap, samt at du behersker både norsk og engelsk flytende – skriftlig og muntlig.
