Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager - Sales based in Chennai. The General Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service, and managing a sales team. The role involves setting sales targets, developing strategies to meet those targets, analyzing sales data, and training and developing the sales staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in General Management, Team Management, and Sales
  • Proven track record in delivering Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
