Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in executing CFD and FEA consulting projects, gaining valuable experience and contributing to solving engineering problems through simulation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of CFD and FEA simulations for various engineering projects.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Perform pre-processing tasks, including geometry cleanup and meshing.

  • Conduct post-processing to analyze simulation results and prepare technical reports.

  • Support the development of simulation models and validation activities.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on simulation strategies.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in CFD and FEA technologies and software.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • 0-3 years of experience in CFD and FEA (internships, projects, or coursework included).

  • Basic understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and structural mechanics.

  • Familiarity with CFD and FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Fluent, Abaqus, COMSOL).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

  • Understanding of programming languages such as MATLAB or Python.

  • Exposure to industry-specific applications in automotive, aerospace, energy, or manufacturing.
