We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor material usage, site progress, and labor productivity.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve any technical issues on-site.
  • Coordinate with the project manager, architects, consultants, and clients as needed.
  • Assist in preparing work schedules and managing manpower.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in [residential/commercial/interior/etc.] projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and site layouts.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project is an added advantage
