Position:

TRAINEE Associate _ US Payroll (Internship for 90 days)

Duration : 90 Days ( 20th October th January 2025 )

Reporting Relationship: Reports to Assistant Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

  • Should have knowledge on employee w4 in payroll systems; process all paper W2 & paystubs requests.
  • Knowledge on pre-payroll reports and audit time block reports.
  • Knowledge on pay check & benefits, garnishments.
  • Should have Knowledge on US payroll
  • knowledge on Bookkeeping
  • Knowledge on period/month end close process for multiple clients.
  • Knowledge on Journal entries
  • Knowledge on Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Knowledge on Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Knowledge on Create and post period end journal entries.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong accounting skills and understanding of the accounting process Ability to work in a multi-client environment.
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Strong English both verbal and written.
  • Time management
  • Effective use of technology

Qualifications

  • Graduate in bachelor of Commerce of 2023 / 2024 / 2025 passed out Batch with 70% Marks
  • Intermediate with min 70% Marks
  • SSC with min 70% Marks
