Tele Sales Executive

Job Description:-

Responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining the company's products or services, drive sales and revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers via phone. Handle inquiries, generate leads and convert leads into sales by closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling (and outbound calls) and leveraging existing customer databases
  • Present products or services, negotiate deals, understanding customer needs and convert leads into sales by and offering appropriate solutions sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Interact with customers, follow up on inquiries, address their concerns, handle complaints, resolve issues and answer their questions in a professional and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and upsell or cross-sell products/services
  • Update and maintain up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer information in databases, including contact information and purchase history
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and customer behavior
  • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and other sales team members to refine sales strategies, achieve sales goals and improve results.

Job Requirements:-

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive speaking style to clearly and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns in order to address them and find solutions to build trust and loyalty.
  • Able to manage time effectively for meeting daily call quotas, following up on leads, and managing a high volume of calls.
  • Able to handle rejections professionally and maintain motivation and quick to adjust sales tactics and sales strategies based on customer responses, needs and personalities.
  • Strong ability to influence potential customers, handle objections and turn no" into "yes".
  • Confident in closing sales and upselling when appropriate.
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional, especially in challenging situations in order to build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers crucial for success.
  • Able to quickly learn and retain detailed product or service information to effectively present products features and benefits in a clear and confident tone.
  • Able to work closely with colleagues, share insights to improve performance and open to feedback and continuous learning.

Preferred:-

  • 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, customer service, or outbound calling roles.
  • Familiarity with automated dialing systems or sales engagement platforms.
  • Organized and punctual in all communications and reporting.
  • Knowledge of soft wares like Microsoft office Suite, Google sheets, etc. and comfortable using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and record sales data.
  • Can type and enter data quickly and accurately during calls.

Education:-

Any Graduate, Diploma
