The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads for various financial products, includingHome Loans, Personal Loans, and other Loan Services. Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers to generate leads forhome loans, personal loans, and other financial products. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate loan options. Maintain and update call logs and lead databases. Follow up on leads to ensure conversion into sales opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling and follow-through. Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets. RequirementsMinimum1 year of experienceinloan lead generation, telecalling, or financial sales(home loan/personal loan experience is a must). Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
