Our mission is to make restful sleep accessible to every Indian household, and our telecalling team plays a key role in building that connection.About the RoleWe’re looking for confident and empathetic Telecallers to join our customer engagement team for Neobest Mattresses.You’ll connect with potential and existing customers to ensure a smooth, helpful, and positive experience from enquiry to post-purchase support.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls for: - Order confirmations (especially COD) and address verifications. - Follow-ups on abandoned carts or incomplete checkouts. - Gathering feedback and ensuring post-delivery satisfaction. - Handle inbound calls related to product enquiries, offers, and warranty details. - Help customers choose the right mattress by understanding their needs. - Address customer concerns with patience, empathy, and clear communication. - Record call outcomes and update the CRM accurately. - Achieve daily call and conversion targets while maintaining high service quality. - Share insights and recurring feedback with the sales and operations teams.Requirements- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in D2C or e-commerce). - Strong communication and listening skills. - Multilingual proficiency is an advantage (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred). - Patient, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude. - Comfortable using call tracking systems or CRMs. - Minimum education: PUC; Bachelor’s degree preferred.What We Offer- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Supportive and friendly work environment. - Product training and skill development sessions. - Opportunities for growth within a fast-expanding D2C brand.Work Schedule- Full-time position with standard daytime working hours.How to ApplyApply directly through LinkedIn to join our growing team at Neobest Mattresses.
