The Sales and Marketing Representative for Upcountry Healthcare will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts within rural and underserved areas. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote healthcare products and services, building relationships with local stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of effective healthcare solutions to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand the healthcare needs, demographics, and economic conditions of the upcountry region. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of rural areas. Create marketing plans that include local campaigns, educational initiatives, and community outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community leaders, and influencers. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and partners in the region.
- Educational Outreach: Organize and conduct educational workshops, training sessions, and health fairs to raise awareness about healthcare products and services. Provide training and support to local healthcare professionals.
- Sales Execution: Promote and sell healthcare products and services to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant entities. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Distribution Coordination: Work with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to remote areas. Address any challenges related to transportation and supply chain.
- Marketing Initiatives: Develop localized marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content. Utilize local media, social media platforms, and community events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from local stakeholders and customers to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Use insights to refine strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Stay informed about regulatory changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
