Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide and assist students in making informed decisions regarding their education, career goals, and academic pathways. The counsellor will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring students receive proper support throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on course selection, career opportunities, and academic planning.
  • Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about courses and programs.
  • Guide students through admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospective students to ensure successful enrollments.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of counseling and conversions.
  • Maintain student databases and counseling records accurately.
  • Collaborate with academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Good knowledge of academic courses, career paths, and higher education trends.
  • Problem-solving attitude with student-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
