Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Associate will handle legal research, drafting, client consultations, and case preparation, ensuring high-quality legal representation. They will collaborate with the internal team to develop strategies, manage deadlines, and maintain professional communication with clients. The role also involves assisting in litigation, arbitration, and providing transactional legal advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Case Analysis
  • Experience in Drafting, Contract Review, and Document Management
  • Proficiency in Client Communication, Consultation, and Relationship Building
  • Knowledge of Litigation, Arbitration, and Transactional Law
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • LLB degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Bar Council membership and prior experience with law firms is an advantage
