Role Overview

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer (1–3 years experience)
who is excited about solving real-world problems through
thoughtful design
. This is a
full-time role
based out of
Pune (remote-friendly)
.

As part of our design team, you will:

· Craft
visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces

· Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups

· Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and founders

· Conduct user research and usability testing
to validate design decisions

· Balance aesthetics with
usability and functionality

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

· Design and refine web & mobile app interfaces

· Create mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

· Work hand-in-hand with front-end developers
to ensure seamless design implementation

· Maintain design consistency through
style guides & design systems

· Contribute fresh ideas to enhance overall user experience

Who We're Looking For

· –3 years of experience
in UI/UX design

· Strong skills in
visual design, UI layout, and user-centered design principles

· Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

· Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
for design feasibility

· Strong communication skills and ability to
work in a collaborative team

· A Bachelor's degree
in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field is preferred

· Portfolio showcasing
projects, case studies, or internships
