Technical Marketing Head

Location: Chennai

Industry: Electrical / Technical Products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in sales & marketing within the electrical industry.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in technical marketing with a strong focus on projects — dealing with contractors, consultants, and securing approvals in high-class private and public projects.
  • Proven track record of handling top-class project clients and securing approvals from high authorities.
  • Must have an excellent database of consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of approval processes and procedures to enter major government and private projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical marketing and business development for Bangalore and surrounding markets.
  • Drive product approvals with government departments, consultants, and major private projects.
  • Utilize strong industry connections and databases to expand project-based sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and high-authority stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and ensure market growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
