Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual content that communicates ideas, inspires, and informs audiences. You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to design graphics for various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Figma, Core Draw, Adobe Creative Suite Mandatory (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design and web design principles is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Additional Preferences

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for print and digital media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, logos, banners, and presentations.
  • Collaborative Projects
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create designs that meet project requirements.
  • Creative Direction
  • Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and templates.
  • Offer creative suggestions to improve the overall aesthetic of marketing and branding materials.
  • Tool Utilization
  • Use design software like Figma, Core Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) or equivalent to create visually appealing graphics.
  • Feedback Incorporation
  • Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining quality and creativity.
