Job Title:
Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute electrical works of 66 kV and above, including GIS substation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and other applicable electrical codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and civil teams for seamless project integration.
  • Review, interpret, and verify electrical plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Supervise installation activities related to substations (66 kV and above).
  • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and energy efficiency in all electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections, functional testing, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
  • Oversee installation of grounding, lightning protection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals and inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in MEP design, execution, or consultancy.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP software.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, and ELV systems (CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm).
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications such as LEED, PMP, or valid electrical licenses will be an advantage.
