Job Description Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives for our insurance division in India. The ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Present insurance products to clients and provide recommendations based on their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to understand and analyze insurance products and policies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
