Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services by reaching out to potential customers over the phone, generating leads, and helping expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients .

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services.

Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to close sales.

Follow up on leads, maintain a database of interactions, and update CRM regularly.

Achieve daily and monthly sales/lead generation targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future business opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge

Energetic, persuasive, and result-driven attitude.

Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.

Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
