We are hiring an experienced WebLogic Administrator for our IT operations team in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle WebLogic Server environments to ensure smooth business operations. Candidates must have a strong background in middleware administration, troubleshooting, deployments, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Install, configure, and manage Oracle WebLogic Server in production and non-production environments.
  • Deploy Java EE applications, configure domains, clusters, and managed servers.
  • Monitor server performance, tune JVM parameters, and troubleshoot application and middleware issues.
  • Manage WebLogic security realms including users, groups, roles, and policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities such as patching, upgrades, and backups.
  • Integrate WebLogic with Oracle databases and other middleware technologies.
  • Support incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to support application deployment cycles.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support activities.
  • Provide on-call support as needed for production systems.

Must-Have Skills:-

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in JDBC, JMS, Data Sources, and Connection Pool configuration.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting server logs, heap memory issues, and thread dumps.
  • Hands-on with deployment automation and scripting (Shell/ANT/Jenkins).

Good-to-Have Skills:-

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).
  • Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, or Fusion Middleware.
  • Experience in banking/financial domain environments.
