  • Job Description:-
    We're seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager from the digital marketing industry to join our team.

  • Key responsibilities include:-

    • Generating sales through upselling and cross-selling
    • Primary point of contact for assigned customers
    • Developing long-term relationships with accounts
    • Ensuring timely delivery of products and services
    • Communicating client needs to our team
    • Forecasting and tracking client account metrics
    • Managing projects to meet client and company goals
    • Identifying opportunities to grow existing business
    • Coordinating with staff for consistent service
    • Collaborating with sales team for prospective clients
    • Managing multiple client relationships while meeting deadlines
    • Maintaining client transaction records

  • Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

    • Account Management Experience in digital marketing
    • Client-Focused Solutions Experience
    • Project Management Skills
    • Effective communication and client management
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
    • Negotiation, listening, communication, presentation, and time management skills

  • Additional Requirement:

    • Speaks Arabic (Must) & English

  • Job Details:

    • Location: DUBAI
    • Full-time
    • Morning shift (Monday to Friday)
    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • 2-3 years of experience
