Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between product strategy, design, and execution. The ideal candidate will not only manage the product lifecycle but also bring a strong product design sensibility—ensuring that our products are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Business Analyst, or in a similar technical/product role.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, along with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Experience with any project management tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle in web and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines for the tech team.
  • Lead end-to-end product design from concept to delivery, ensuring designs meet both business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help define tech strategy, product roadmap, and features.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that clearly communicate ideas to stakeholders and developers.
  • Participate in meetings to decide product specifications, write technical/design specifications, and communicate them to the tech team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development, QA, and release.
  • Communicate complex technical and design concepts with simplified diagrams, flowcharts, and visual assets.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
