What You'll Own:

Attract & Engage Talent

Create content, campaigns, and outreach that show what it's like to build at FlytBase. Contribute to our Life at FlytBase channels and build inbound interest through authentic storytelling.

Run the Hiring Loop

Own sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure for both tech and business roles. Run your pipeline like a system with speed, clarity, and a great candidate experience.

Build Communities & Events

Coordinate developer meetups, campus drives, and hackathons that connect FlytBase with high-agency builders. Turn events into hiring pipelines.

Open Playground

Operate in a permission-less environment. If you believe something will attract the right kind of talent, do it. From hosting Pune's largest dev meetup to painting a hiring graffiti wall, bring your wild ideas, test fast, and make things happen.
