Position – Manager/Sr. Manager (Production) - Fabrication

Experience – 15 to 25 Years

Qualification – Btech (Mech) or any other relevant field

Location – Ajmer (Rajasthan)

Annual Package – 12 Lacs to 18 Lacs

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage fabrication work of the IEI Division across all Ajmer-based units.

  2. Achieve and sustain a monthly production target of 3000 MT with a workforce of approximately 600 personnel.

  3. Plan, arrange, and deploy manpower effectively to meet project and production requirements.

  4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing interactions and resolving escalations to ensure timely project delivery.

  5. Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination with Quality, Safety, Purchase, Stores, Engineering, and other departments.

  6. Provide guidance and strategic direction to Quality, Safety, and Procurement teams for smooth operations.

  7. Handle all labour-related matters efficiently to maintain desired productivity and discipline on the shop floor.

  8. Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports to the Board of Directors of SBMPL on a regular basis.

  9. Represent the organization confidently in front of clients with complete project data, progress reports, and technical updates.

  10. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality norms, and statutory compliance at all times.

11. Candidate must be handling manpower of persons at present and handling monthly production target of 3000 MT.

Preferred Background:

  • Engineering background in Mechanical / Production / Fabrication or related field
